Compress tsv file before download

Currently, TSV file for the whole dataset is about 350 MB and is bound to grow.
Initial investigation by @caravinci show that the the tsv files can be compressed to a great extent. The tsv can be brought down to about 15-20% of original size. I think it will be great to have this addition to the system for a better User Experience.

We have a request to change all compression to xz, we are putting this ticket on hold until we decide which compression we want implement for both bundles and tsv's.
