Set url to virtual cam bug

I want to add this url to a video device:

http://x.x.x.x/cgi-bin/nph-zms?mode=jpeg&monitor=3

Result is that Virtual Video sensor is:

http://x.x.x.x/cgi-bin/nph-zms?mode=jpeg

After the '&' the url is stripped

It' works for me with parameter of the vdevice set to this link:

But, it's don't work with a REST Call like this:

The xplgw received the command before the plugin and the link is already incomplete, possible issue or security with the '&' character in xplgw ?
