I can confirm it stopped working.

Apple allows to find those files in the settings as well under General > Storage > Developer:

It won't find Caches, Archives, etc. anymore. Although in my case DerivedData seem not to be a problem for me.

Do you happen to have Xcodes to install multiple Xcode versions, maybe?
