                        <p>You can cancel your registration online on the registration site before February 11, 2018. A $30 processing fee is assessed to ALL refunds and will be deducted from the registration fee paid. In addition to canceling your registration online, please send an email to the UTHSC Continuing Dental Education Office at <a href="mailto:utcde@uthsc.edu">utcde@uthsc.edu</a> that you have canceled  your registration.</p>
