Replace ngx-inline-editor library

Description
The ngx-inline-editor library that was used in WIPP-frontend pre-refactor does not support angular 9.

Proposal
ngx-inline-editor should be replaced by a library that supports angular 9. Another approach could be to implement an in-house solution that gives the user the ability to edit an Images Collection name post creation.
