Artist and/or Track Title in Status

Describe the problem

Seems like issue #42 might be essentially the same thing but just in case it's not I'm submitting this anyway.

I would love for the track and/or artist name to appear in the status instead of the player name. As it stands now folks have to click into my status to get track information. I'd rather people see what the music is instead so they can decide to check it out themselves without having to continually check my profile status.
