It looks like the application you're reporting doesn't have built-in support yet. You have reported Google Chrome (chrome.exe), but currently, there is no support for browsers, applications running within a browser, or Electron-based apps. Support for browsers will be available once the Chrome/Firefox extension is released.
Either that or the player you are using does not report what it is playing at all and is therefore not in the list you shared. Which media player are you trying to use with Music Presence @THonyNissart?
