HCP data preprocessing

Hello, just a quick question:

Is it possible to make your preprocessing script for the HCP data publicly available or is it already available somwhere? In the data loader, the images are loaded from a folder ICON_brain_preprocessed_data, making me think that there is some preprocessing done after downloading the original dataset.

You can find the preprocessing script here: Preprocessing Script.

Before training, we downsample the brain images and save them as tensors due to memory and I/O constraints. However, please note that we always evaluate our network using full-resolution images.
