Why am I breaking the rules?

I saw this message in the log:

I don’t think this is a serious question as the log clearly shows the current settings and the warning message (warnMsg) that will be sent if an admin issues a warning. If you’re genuinely curious, check the documentation here: admin chatgroup section. The last paragraph explains exactly what this "warn" is about.
