Finish frontend test formatting for PreFlight

What needs to change?

Given a test object, PreFlight should accurately and beautifully display the name of the test, its running time, adn whether it passed or failed.

This should be done first for automated test, then support can be added for tests that require human input and validation.

How would this task be tested?

1. For a variety of tests, check that the frontend formatting is good.
