Logged in + cokies activated: Write bought products into DB (stored in temporary cart DB table). Go to Thank you page
Not logged in + cookies activated: Go to login page -> Login in and write selected items to db (stored in Cookies)

States needed:

From which page are you comming? : string
Logged in: boolean
Cookies activated: boolean
