ERM asks that we send ISSNs in both fields 022a and 022y to Keith's service to check for SFX holding availability.

Here are two example records with subfield y's.

It is possible to pass the additional ISSN from the results page as well as from full record?

Moved code for parsing bad data in ISSNs. Gets deduping for 022|y fields
