I've done the basic setup and layout on the feature/help branch, which you should able to open in GitHub Desktop.

Do a yarn run dev, then go to /help once the browser opens. I haven't linked it from the main nav yet.

Have a look at the the structure in /site/help/articles - you can rename these and put whatever you want in there. Once you've got a full article or two then we can tweak the layout to suit a bit better.

My bad. Try running yarn from the project directory first - I updated some core packages to get some features I needed.
