generate_latents.py outputs literally nothing but the 4 empty subfolders

Hello,
I'm at the end of my rope here, been trying to get the latents to generate all day, and every time after it's done, it outputs nothing. Is there something I'm missing I don't understand I didn't touch anything but the model_args paths cause it wouldn't run without it, but other than that it's literally just this repo cloned, and followed the instructions letter by letter just to make sure, and it still outputs nothing.
Help me please, what do you need from me? I'll give you anything
