Improve no data title font appearance

Issue Description

Currently, when no data is available (displaying "no data"), the title's color and size differ from the normal titles.

Expected Behavior

• Even when "no data" is displayed, the title's color and size should match the normal titles (e.g., Top Blocked Domains or Top Clients (blocked only)).

Suggested Fix

Ensure the styling of the title for the "no data" state matches the styling of the normal titles in terms of color and size.
