The final SVG version exported is the same size as the keynote slide.
is it possbile to make the size of the image the canvas rather than slide size?

inkscape --verb=FitCanvasToDrawing --verb=FileSave --verb=FileClose *.svg

but that doesnt work even if it did, it requires the GUI to open for every image i.e. for every slide.

any suggestions?

Do you have an example presentation and created/desired SVG to illustrate the problem?

I add this into latex using \includesvg{Untitled-7}
the image is added to the size of the keynote slide.
If I want to cut the white area and fit the image, how can I do that?

I zipped the file to be able to attach it.

edit:
I added another zip with the keynote file, any help would be great @trieloff
