IE11/legacy browser support?

Is ie11 support something that you're interested in?

I highly doubt that people using this would worry about compatibility for a legacy browser, but I thought that I would ask.

I would happy to work on a PR, if it's something you think would make sense to implement.

If not, then feel free to disregard this.

Hey, thanks for the support. It's not something I'm particularly interested in. Should be possible to use the current implementation in IE11 by including a custom elements polyfill.

I don't have access to IE11 to test it out, but if you could verify it works, I'd be happy to add instructions to the README on how set it up.
