Good morning,
I would like to know if the output files will be NIfTI as BRATS dataset, i.e., since the input files are in three dimensions if the output will have the same dimensions.

Good Morning!!!
I have following questions while running the program.
a. Do we need all the data set to run the code? All I can download is 2018.
b. I am not able to find the file BRATS2018_Unprocessed.h5. Am I missing here something?

Any help is appreciated.
