とりあえず最低限、

プレイヤーが(とりあえずコマンド実行で)マッチング待ち状態に
プレイヤー2が参加
ペアを組ませて特定座標にテレポート
「開始」メッセージ表示

開始までの状態として、プレイヤー参加前(BeforeGame)、一人目参加(Matching)、二人目参加(GameReady)、開始(Playing)がありそう
