v1.6.3-b1.7.3 - Babric uses an outdated version of Glass Config API and should be updated to support GCAPI3.0.0+

Note that the beta versions are not supported by me. Feel free to pr these fixes, (Also, how does something go outdated on beta 1.7.3 xD?)
