MoveIt: joint not found in model #344

I am working with a Nextage robot. I have used MoveIt a lot of times but today I have an error when I try to use it. I run nextage_ros_bridge and MoveIt; And MoveIt says: "join ___ not found in model ___". I have not modified the model and I am using the same procedure and comands that in the past. It also says that the virtual joint does not attach to a link on the robot.

Inside MoveIt window, the robot appears correctly but without interactive markers.

Please, can anybody help me?

hi, sorry for late, can you provide all output message when you run nextage_ros_bridge and moveit?

TIPS, to send all latest log files to public space, try

sudo gem install gist ;; if you do not have gist command
find  ~/.ros/log/latest/ -type f -size +0 | xargs gist

and let us know the output URL
