Add EPC-qr to generating options for money transfer #76

It would be great if the QR code generator let us create a code from bank account data according to the EPC standard:

Many banking apps nowadays have a QR reader built in, and they look for that standard to fill in the fields for a money transfer - but these don't show you the code for your own account, so you can display it for a friend to send you money - instead of typing yr bank account number.
