[18RoyalGorge] Endgame doesn't trigger correctly

I am not sure how exactly to reproduce the bug. In our game the 6x2 was exported at the end of OR4, so based on my reading of the rules, I expect SR5 and then OR5 to be the end of the game. (But the rules are slightly unclear to me on this point, so this might not be a bug.)

It was triggered like I expected at the start of SR5 (first link). At the start of OR5 (second link) it started saying the endgame is at the end of OR6 instead. It also didn't move the endgame up to the end of OR5 when SF reached the red zone during OR5 (third link). This last part I am confident is a bug.

I am on Firefox 134.0.1.
