[BUG] Window Accent Colors are not correctly set

Describe the bug
the accent colors on window control buttons are not the same as the color i set in settings

To Reproduce
change the app accent color in the settings

Expected behavior
window control buttons accent color should be the same as what i set

I added a PR to fix this issue. Its a bit of a workaround. I would appreciate any feedback.
