ok, download the RWE+.exe file, run the program and nothing happens, I don't know what I have to do or if I have to install something else.
(try with other versions and other files and it's always the same result.)

1- download the file RWE+.exe version 2.6.1 (https://github.com/timofey260/RWE-Plus/releases/tag/2.6.1)

2- I am not a recurring github user (that's why my account is relatively new) and I don't know much about programming, I just followed a YouTube tutorial.

You should download the last zip version with drizzle
