Rename vars loosing columns with similar names #94

If you create a new column with a name which contains within it the name of the old column, this is not present in the returned dataframe. Eg

old_name = "sex"
new_name = "child_sex"

I need to look into it, but I think the error is occuring when 'drop_cols' is called.
