I'm interested in implementing Lilak Project's Tihu demo into an Android application for Farsi-English education. This is an extremely valuable tool for English speakers because it allows us to read short vowels in Penglish (Romanization of Persian Script). I would love to share this with the world in my app, and am interested in splitting percentage of profits. Thank you
Sincerely,
Parizi

That is a wonderful idea. I had an idea for an online diacritic website, which user can put their text and then it automatically add vowels to the text. There was something similar for Arabic, But I can't find it right now.
Converting Persian to Penglish is also a good idea specially for the one who wants to learn Persian.
I also recommend you check here.
If you are going to compile Tihu for android devices, you might be a bit in trouble. @ebraminio once tried with no success. Please let us know if you need help
