Nova wallet transaction submission not working

We recently updated to use the latest version of dot-connect to add the Nova wallet support.

However, when I submit a tx via Nova wallet (signing with Polkadot vault), we get an error. Here's our wallet config file: https://github.com/r0gue-io/pop-website/blob/main/packages/network/src/walletConfigs.tsx

Were you able to get any log of the error?

Unfortunately, the only error message is the "Complete the transaction signing process. An error occurred submitting the transaction".

Because we can only replicate on Nova wallet, the debugging tools are limited.
