Urls with spaces don't work #8

when adding pages/directories with spaces in their title the url gets encoded and the page isn't found

changing these makes it work (not sure if correct though)

MRStructure>>#localPath

^ self title

MRPage>>#localPath

^ (localPath ifNil: [ self title ])
