Currently, GraphQL is offline for testnet. When attempting to load my existing deployment data, the page waits on GraphQL indefinitely and ends up consuming a lot of RAM:

Propose: detect and display an error in case of upstream data server outages.

I think this should be handled in both weblets and grid client too.
