Currently it is logged if there are insufficient funds to pay the gas for a minting transaction but not escalated

should we have its funds tracked in the monitoring channel?

@xmonader Imo every application should signal it's own operational problems like this one, it would be good if it's signalled in a uniform way like the channel but moving in-app escalation to a central monitoring place makes this a huge central beast with logic and configuration from all the apps it is monitoring. If the bridge logic changes or slaves are added, this then also needs to be updated in the central monitoring while if it's the responsibility of the app itself, being deployed is enough.
