@sanchezw17 will need this for his project, together with the extensions to 9- and 12- dimensions. |
From @marco-2023: This is a good point. There are really two cases. One is where the grid can be duplicated. In such a case, one merely stores a single 3D grid. The second case is where the grid cannot be duplicated; in that case one needs to store 4 different grids. It could easily be that one needs a different local grid for each set of 3 dimensions, but the local grid is constructed from the full 3D grid, so this doesn't change things much. 6-dimension (double-molecular grid) for brute-force integration of Coulomb-like integrals. Depending on structure, promolecular tricks specific to this case may go here or may go somewhere else....
