Rationale:
The Terra_2_NCBI_PHB workflow requires BioProject accession number as an input when submitting samples to NCBI, but it does not include this accession number as a workflow output. This is usually not an issue because all samples in a data table are likely going to be submitted to a single BioProject, but in the event that a data table contains samples that should be submitted to different BioProjects, or if a BioProject changes, it would be helpful for record keeping and data cleaning to have an output column with this value.

Request: Generate a new output column from the Terra_2_NCBI_PHB workflow (bioproject_accession) that is populated with the BioProject accession number provided as an input.
