nda-extractor not working as of 7.6.0.231 #4

It looks like the newest version from Neware has broken this package.

I'd like to do what I can to fix it. Are there any hints you could give me? How did you figure out where the headers were?

What I've discovered so far:

It seems that the new version uses utf-16 for some of the headers.
The time and date seems to have moved. I don't know where to yet.
