Feature: Filter VPN permissions of instances.

What do you want to see?
It would be nice if I can specifically pick instances that permit VPN usage.

Additional context
The "lemmy.world" instance denies the use of VPN for posting. If I knew ahead of time, I wouldn't have made an account. The reason why I want VPN-only instances, is on account of the political climate in the United States.

Anyhow, thank you for Lemmy Explorer. It has been handy!

I can only do this if there's data available somewhere.

There would be issues with maintaining data lists manually. :)
