Error on import, tvguide requires gcc #11

I get an error when I try to import tvguide. I'm using a Mac running OS Mojave.

Install gcc with homebrew fixes this, could you add a line to the requirements/installation instructions showing you need gcc?

i think at this point this code is deprecated.
