Ubuntu apps running!

i managed to setup a shell that link ld-android and ld-linux-aarch64.so.1 seamlessly for all apps including Ubuntu! to my surprise both apps i wanted for a long time works

R and dotnet only ones i tested and both works

i will submit a pr later i am on vacation in Tasmania Devonport i just post the files for now

i got the idea earlier this month that it should work and Tonight it works .
