Add 'digital archiving (libraries and archives)'

LM plus Allyson Lister agreed 2025-01-22 to add an additional definition option for term "digital archiving", in addition to the existing one in t4fs.

RDMT contains two definitions: one defined as from the computing context, which is already added to terms4fairskills:
[IRI: https://terms.codata.org/rdmt/digital-archiving-computing. Definition: In the context of computing, the process of backup and ongoing maintenance as opposed to strategies for long-term digital preservation.]

Proposed additional definition option is as follows:
[IRI: https://terms.codata.org/rdmt/digital-archiving-libraries-archives. Definition: Often used synonymously with 'digital preservation' in library and archiving professional communities.]
