Does the casrai definition really fit? http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/T4FS_0000326

It seems like CASRAI is describing metadata, and therefore this term might need to be deprecated.

@lauramolloy please can you check the definition CASRAI has for this term and see if it is appropriate? It may need changing in CASRAI, and then updating in t4fs.
