Investigate scheduled copying of system files to local repo #5

All these files (i.e. .gitconfig, bash_profile, usr/bin/local scripts) are updated from user and usually forgotten to be copied to the local repo, so that they CVSed, too.

Investigate the chances of scheduling the periodical copy of these files using crontab.
