tenable.sc asset_lists.list() should include filters as part of the parameters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As documented in the best practices doc on assets including the filter should be available in the SDK

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an optional parameter in the list() function

Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing raw HTTP using requests, which seems less than ideal, since I would then have to handle auth and other methods.

Additional context
This function is already using the GET method, so it is half-way to using the best practices as documented above.
