Description :
Adjust qwat datamodel to fit SIA405 water

  • define level of detail - tool has to fit engineers need and not only cantonal needs.
  • Definition of aggregation for canton (e.g. VD)
  • introducing OBJ_ID
  • harmonizing matching
  • etc.
