Dear team,
as suggested by @timrobertson100 during the last workshop on "Interoperability solutions adopted by research infrastructures" organised by Yann Le Franc in collaboration with Biodiversa+, we want express our interest and availability in formalising DarwinCore terms list into a SKOS controlled vocabulary. We work for the italian node of the LifeWatch ERIC research infrastructure and we manage the EcoPortal catalogue of semantic artefacts in ecological and biodiversity domain. We have an in-house editing tool called VocBench that we use to create and publish semantic artfecats (e.g. thesauri, glossaries, ontologies) into EcoPortal. If there is a common interest in achieving such objective please get in touch at [email protected] to proceed with this task.

I think what would be most useful is to start with scripts to generate the controlled vocabulary every time a release is made, place the resulting artifact in https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/tree/master/dist, and then add appropriate links and documentation for it in the Quick Reference Guide.
