Make it more clear how to find description of roles in picture grid

Some users might overlook that role text is clickable (because they are not blue in color) and links to role description. They were not coloured blue by choice because it was not complementing the design of card considering role text is large and bold.

Probably we can tweak design of cards to something better. One idea is to add some icon after a role text that links to role description. Other ideas can be found out by searching on designs sharing platforms like dribble.
