Tact syntax support in Templates #251

The templates display examples in the Tact language, however, there is no syntax highlighting in this language.

We already have the ability to highlight the syntax of the language, it would be nice to have this highlighting in the examples as well

Simple example where Tact syntax highlights is supported is here
