Large Biomodel: Kuhn 2009, BIOMD 0235 (1.8 MB) does not download, gives ambiguous error

WHen trying to download BIOMD0000000235 from BIOMODELS user gets a generic 'Unable to read SBML string due to errors when parsing file. If I download the model separately then load from desktop it load and converts to antimony fine. (It just takes a minute or so).
Repro:
Make SBML v1.5
In Biomodels search box type: 'Kuhn' then pick Kuhn 2009 BIOMD0000235.

Result is popup error message stating that it was unable to readSBML string.

Ideally it should give a download error (timeout maybe) not that the model was bad
