Error following sample code

Hi,

I am trying to use the module following the sample code, but getting the follow error:

**throw new PrimusError('Middleware should be a function that accepts at least 2 args');
^

PrimusError: Middleware should be a function that accepts at least 2 args**

Is this expected?
My environment:
Windows 10
NodeJS: 8.9.3

• primus 7.1.1
• primus-responder - 1.0.4
