Portals disappearing from list but are still active.

Issue Description

Describe the bug
Some active Portals on the list disappear after logout. Can be re-acquired but only if you physically go to the affected portal and use it to go to another active portal. Then the portal will show on the list, but will again disappear after logging out/back in.

2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
