Window content is outside the window border

I have very strange issue with Signal Desktop electron application, which is executed with

--enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland

i.e. with native wayland mode. This looks pretty weird, so it's likely wlroots/sway issue.

To reproduce:

1. Launch Signal with ozone/wayland: signal-desktop --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland. Signal version should be more or less fresh, these logs/screenshots are from 7.36.1
2. Open any menu. For example "about". Probably this need to be done twice
3. There will be small window with content placed outside the window border.
4. Resize it, to have better experience
