Issue Description

Create a testimonial carousel component for the platform's homepage. This carousel will display user reviews, highlighting positive experiences from users who have bought, sold, or found items through the platform. The goal is to build trust and enhance engagement by showcasing feedback from our community.

Feature Details

1. Component Functionality:

   • Display user testimonials as a carousel slider, rotating automatically every few seconds.
   • Allow manual control for users to navigate through testimonials with left/right arrows.
   • Ensure testimonials are clear, readable, and visually engaging.

2. Design Specifications:

   • Responsive Layout: The carousel should be fully responsive, adjusting for mobile, tablet, and desktop views.
   • Card Style: Each testimonial should appear on a card with the user’s name, profile picture, and their review.
   • Auto-rotation: Testimonials should rotate every 5 seconds, with an option for users to pause or manually navigate.
